Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with USDA, Federal and State Regulations.
- Maintain entire operation of their assigned area, including but not limited to, safety, production yields, quality, Team Member relations, turnover and absenteeism, discipline, payroll, staffing, and line speeds.
